'More relates, that from a number of Reguli (Firecrest) knocked down promiscuously out of a large flock that visited Freshwater in December, 1857, Mr. Beazley , the Ryde bird-stuffer, selected for preservation an adult male….' 

'In the Isle of Wight one (Squacco Heron) was shot at St. Helen's, near the old church sea mark, on May 19th, 1858, and was taken still living, to Mr. Beazley, the Ryde bird-stuffer.'
